Professional Formation,
Transparent Pricing
Empowering · Accessible · Structured — our three-word focus. Every client receives concierge-level service at a flat fee, with no hourly billing and no surprises.
Who We Are
Built for founders who are ready to do it right.
Labyrinth Business Structuring LLC is a Georgia-based, flat-fee business formation and compliance firm. We partner with founders, service providers, nonprofits, and community leaders to build the legal, operational, and strategic foundation their work deserves.
We believe business formation is a foundation decision — not a paperwork task. Improper structuring creates tax misalignment, delays grant eligibility, causes governance errors, and results in compliance penalties that cost far more than getting it right from the start.
What We Believe
- — Every entrepreneur deserves professional-grade formation support regardless of income
- — Flat-fee, transparent pricing removes fear and confusion from the process
- — Formation without strategy is incomplete — we deliver both
- — The right structure from day one protects assets, enables funding, and creates scalable operations

Who FIGSO Serves
For those who have the vision but not yet the resources.

Sliding Scale Qualification
Transparent, objective, and equitable.
FIGSO's sliding scale is anchored to the federal poverty guideline for individual applicants. Five income tiers determine your service fee — and every tier receives the same quality of service.
| Tier | Annual Income (Individual) | Rate | LLC Launch | Nonprofit Launch | Foundation Launch |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | $0 – $15,960 | Nominal | $97 | $197 | $247 |
| Tier 2 | $15,961 – $23,940 | 25% | ~$375 | ~$750 | ~$875 |
| Tier 3 | $23,941 – $31,920 | 45% | ~$675 | ~$1,350 | ~$1,575 |
| Tier 4 | $31,921 – $39,900 | 65% | ~$975 | ~$1,950 | ~$2,275 |
| Tier 5 | $39,901 – $47,880 | 80% (capped) | ~$1,200 | ~$2,400 | ~$2,800 |
Income Verification
Verification is based on individual applicant income only. Accepted documentation includes tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, or a FIGSO Self-Certification of Income form (Form F-01) for applicants without traditional documentation.
Income thresholds update annually following HHS publication of federal poverty guidelines each January.
Nonprofit Commitment
Our commitment to you — and yours to the process.
FIGSO clients enter a mutual commitment. We bring our full expertise and continued support. Clients bring their genuine investment in their own growth. Together, that is where transformation happens.
FIGSO Commits To You
Same quality, same deliverables
No reduced scope. Every FIGSO client receives the identical service package as an LBS client.
Four months of post-formation guidance
For nonprofit and foundation clients — you are not alone after the documents are filed.
Transparent, confidential income review
Your financial information is handled with full confidentiality and used only to determine your service tier.
Community investment philosophy
Your success is part of the larger mission. We are genuinely invested in what you are building.
What We Ask of FIGSO Clients
Honest, accurate income documentation
The sliding scale only works when it is applied honestly. Misrepresentation of income disqualifies your application immediately.
Timetable commitment
Every FIGSO client agrees to a defined program timetable at enrollment. This includes responding to document requests, completing intake materials, attending scheduled guidance sessions, and meeting milestone deadlines. The timetable is provided in writing and must be acknowledged before services begin.
Consequences of timetable breach
If a client fails to honor their program timetable, FIGSO reserves the right to remove them from the program. Removal does not result in a refund of fees paid. Removed clients are welcome to reapply — but must complete a new application and re-qualify for the program from the beginning.
Nominal fee payment
Every tier carries a service fee — even the most subsidized. Personal financial investment in your own growth is part of what makes this program work and this community strong.
Annual income re-certification
Returning clients certify income annually as FIGSO thresholds update each January following HHS publication of federal poverty guidelines.
Program Integrity Note: FIGSO's ability to serve future clients depends on every enrolled client honoring their commitment. We take this seriously — and we ask that you do too. We are not just providing a service. We are building a community of founders who show up for themselves and each other.
FIGSO Application
Apply for sliding-scale access.
Complete this application to begin your FIGSO intake process. All information is confidential and used only to determine service eligibility and tier placement.
Before you apply: FIGSO serves applicants at or below 3× the federal poverty guideline for individual income (approximately $47,880/year as of 2026). If your income exceeds this threshold, you will be warmly connected to LBS services at standard flat-fee rates. All applications are reviewed within 5 business days.
Our Shared Belief
Two Organizations One Conviction
LBS and FIGSO INC were built from the same source — a belief that communities flourish when people invest their talents in one another.
The Shared Foundation
What LBS and FIGSO share
"Through the personal investment of our talents and the commitment of our communities, businesses flourish — and the next generation inherits something better."
Labyrinth Business Structuring
LBS is the commercial expression of this belief. When a founder invests in professional formation — when they say yes to doing this right — they are not just protecting a business. They are planting something that can grow, sustain, and give back. Every flat-fee client who builds on a solid legal foundation is a community made stronger.
FIGSO INC
FIGSO is the community expression of that same belief — the recognition that talent and vision do not sort themselves by income. FIGSO removes the financial barrier so that a first-generation founder, a neighborhood ministry leader, a single mother with a plan — none of them have to wait until they can afford to begin.
